However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to potential delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or customs procedures. Shipping charges and delivery times are provided at checkout, but may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery location. RHE is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. Customers are encouraged to track their shipments using the tracking information provided. All sales are final, and shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of return or cancellation.

    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping method selected. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  3. Delivery Times
    Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while expedited shipping may take 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

  4. International Shipping
    We currently offer international shipping. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country.

  5. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

  6. Lost or Damaged Packages
    Reflect Heal Elevate is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

  7. Shipping Address
    Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

  8. Shipping Restrictions
