  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (available for select products and locations)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to location, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders over $100 (U.S. only).

4. International Shipping

  • We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is marked "delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.
  • If a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at Tairhe@reflecthealelevate.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Reflect Heal Elevate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Return & Refund Policy

At Reflect Heal Elevate, we strive to provide high-quality products and transformative services that support your health, wellness, and personal growth. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns & Refunds for Physical Products

We accept returns and exchanges for physical products under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or used products
    • Health and hygiene-related items (e.g., supplements, skincare, or perishable goods)
    • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Return Process:

    • Email Tairhe@reflecthealelevate.comwith your order details and reason for return.
    • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  • Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Refunds & Cancellations for Services

We are committed to providing exceptional coaching, wellness, and fitness services. However, we understand that circumstances may change.

  • Coaching & Wellness Services:

    • All service fees are non-refundable once a session, class, or consultation has been completed.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a reschedule or credit.
  • Event & Workshop Cancellations:

    • If Reflect Heal Elevate cancels an event, a full refund will be issued.
    • If a participant cancels at least 7 days before the event, they may receive a credit for future events.
    • No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

3. Digital Products & Programs

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of e-books, courses, and digital programs are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

4. Exceptions & Special Cases

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at Tairhe@reflecthealelevate.com with photos and order details. We will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
